FM
Since Kingfisher FM started we have gained lots of support throughout
Redditch and the surrounding areas from people who believe there
should be a full time community radio station in Redditch.
In order for this to happen we have to prove to the Radio Licencing
body, Ofcom, that it's not just our opinion but that of a majority
of the town. To do this we need to collect as many lettersand emails
of support from individuals, companies, charities and other organisations
through the town as possible.
Once we have a sizable amount we can then send the letters and
emails to Ofcom along with our letter of intent where they will
then consider inviting applications from all interested parties
to apply for the full time licence.
If you would like to show your support for Kingfisher FM you can
do so by filling in the following form and adding your comments.
**PLEASE NOTE**
Ofcom will only accept the letters of support
if they include your contact details as they may on occasions check
that the letters of support are not fake. Your contact details will
not be sold on at anytime and will be kept with the strictest of
confidence but Kingfisher FM may contact you from time to time about
station news and events. If you would prefer not to hear from us
please tick the box at the bottom of the form.
